Jacquie Robertson

Meet Jacquie Robertson, founder of Beaumont Body Shaping and a fully qualified Pilates and Callanetics instructor based in Auchterarder, Perthshire.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, I’m passionate about helping people improve their strength, posture, flexibility and confidence through friendly, supportive classes designed for all abilities.

Before moving into the health and fitness industry, I worked as a College Lecturer and Graphic Designer, so teaching and helping people build confidence has always been a huge part of my career.

Today, I teach a range of classes including Pilates, Seated Pilates, Callanetics and Men on Mats, creating welcoming sessions where clients can feel comfortable, supported and encouraged at their own pace.

My Pilates Journey

I qualified through Future Fit Training as an accredited Level 3 Pilates Teacher in 2012 and later worked with them as a Tutor for a short period. I am also a Legacy Callanetics Teacher and strongly believe in continual professional development and lifelong learning.

These include:

  • Pilates Inspiration Day with Michael King
  • Lolita Shares Her Mat with Lolita San Miguel (pictured)
  • The Vital Psoas with Cameron Angus

My approach focuses on helping clients move well, feel stronger and enjoy exercise in a positive and relaxed environment

Where the Name Beaumont Comes From

Beaumont was the maiden name of my Great Grandmother, Florence Beaumont.

When my grandmother later left me a small inheritance, I used it to fund my Pilates teacher training. Naming the business Beaumont felt like a meaningful way to carry a little piece of family history into the work I love today.
