Before You Book

Callanetics is a progressive exercise programme, which means each class builds on the one before. While you may enjoy attending a single session, one class every now and then simply isn’t enough to achieve lasting results.

That’s why my classes are organised into affordable 4-week blocks. Regular attendance allows you to build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility and experience the full benefits of the programme, all while progressing at a comfortable pace.

Class Options

4-Week Block – £44
The best value option and the recommended way to experience Callanetics. Your place is reserved for all four classes, allowing you to progress week by week.

Single Class – £13
Single class bookings are available by prior arrangement and are intended for those wishing to try a class or who are unable to commit to a full block due to exceptional circumstances.

Term Dates and Location

Location: The Garden Room, Auchterarder Parish Church

Time: 6pm – 6.45pm

Our next block starts on Wednesday 24th June and runs on the following dates-

  • 24th June
  • 1st July
  • 8th July
  • 15th July

    22nd July – 2nd September – Summer Break.

    Classes return on Wednesday 9th September.

    Terms & Conditions

    To keep classes small and personal, places are booked in 4-week blocks at £44.

    Block booking gives you a guaranteed space each week and helps you get the best results from regular attendance.

    If you miss a class, you can carry one class forward to the next block with advance notice.

    Drop-in places (£13) are occasionally available if the class isn’t fully booked, although priority is given to members booking a full block.
