Designed to be knee-friendly and easy on the joints, we focus on safe, effective movements using light weights and resistance bands to build strength, support balance and increase flexibility.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stiffness, or just prefer a gentler pace, this class offers a welcoming space to move, stretch and strengthen in a way that feels good.
